DECONSTRUCTING THE GOOD STUFF
Organic Macadamia oil: This super nourishing natively grown seed oil is non-comedogenic (won't clog pores), non-greasy, is beautifully emollient for dry, mature skin and is rich in squalene — a vegan, cruelty-free source of essential fatty acid that helps to reduce the oxidative stress that leads to wrinkles. The phytosterols in macadamia oil are also great for soothing itchiness and redness, helping to calm and soothe stressed lips.
Shea butter: Gorgeously rich shea butter is a divine emollient for moisturising the skin with fatty acids such as oleic, linoleic and stearic. She'll also reduce inflammation, soften the appearance of scars and assist with collagen production to keep wrinkles and lip lines at bay.
Organic unrefined beeswax: Beeswax is a richly nourishing emollient and humectant for the skin, meaning that she moisturises and also draws moisture to the skin, creating a protective barrier to lock all the goodness in, while keeping environmental pollutants out (without clogging pores!). Rich in vitamin A, she helps to stimulate collagen production and cellular turnover (great for anti-ageing), and her anti-inflammatory, antibacterial and antiseptic properties make her a soother and smoother when treating red, itchy and inflamed skin conditions such as rosacea, eczema, psoraisis and acne, as well as wounds, bites and burns.
Patchouli essential oil: Exotic and earthy Patchouli is valued for tissue regeneration, helping to stimulate the growth of new skin cells and reducing scar tissue. A soother and smoother, she will also treat dry, cracked lips and skin where its needed.
Rose petals + rose essential oil: Prized for more than just its heavenly scent, Rose will modulate skin inflammation and reduce oxidative stress to keep signs of ageing at bay and kiss you with soft, soothing hydration.
