DECONSTRUCTING THE GOOD STUFF
 
Nettle: Said to prevent hair loss and boost hair growth, nettle is also rich in silica, which adds gloss and shine to your locks.
Rosemary: By stimulating circulation to the scalp, rosemary both assists hair loss, and hair growth. It's said rosemary slows down greying of the hair, and also reduces dandruff and irritation of the scalp.
Peppermint: Like rosemary, invigorating peppermint awakens activity and circulation of the scalp and hair follicle, encouraging hair into the anagen (growth) phase of the cycle.
Castor oil: Ultra-moisturising and deep penetrating castor oil is an age-old remedy for spurring on hair growth, and comes with the added benefit of increasing shine and flexibility to the hair shaft.
Avocado oil: Rich in fatty acids to deeply nourish your hair and scalp, avocado oil is a rejuvenating treatment for dry, damaged hair. Loaded with vitamin E, avocado will also help strengthen roots while taming the frizz.

APPLICATION
 
FOR SCALP/HAIR
Brush hair prior to application to ensure it's knot-free.
Shake bottle well.
Massage around 1 tablespoon of oil (depending on your hair length) into your hair beginning with scalp, ends, then use a wide-tooth comb to gently distribute the remaining oil through the rest of your hair.
Leave treatment in for at least 1 hour, or ideally overnight before washing your hair scalp to tip thoroughly with clarifying shampoo. Tie hair up and lay a towel on your pillow if soaking your tresses overnight.
 
Δ WARM OIL TREATMENT TIP
Gently warming your oil on the stove/double boiler (or even in the sun) prior to application helps to open up your hair follicle for deeper penetration, plus it feels soooo gooood! It also makes application easier as Castor oil is famously (and fabulously) viscous.
 
The key word here is heat gently. Scalding hot oil will mean a trip to the emergency room, plus overheating risks evaporating the precious volatile oils, which have so many benefits for your hair!
 
Δ BETWEEN WASHES
Smooth frizzy ends by dispensing a drop of Herbal Hair onto your palm, and massaging ends briskly.
 
FOR BROWS/LASHES 
Apply a little every night to eyebrows and lashes, being careful to avoid your eyeball ;) I find applying some oil to your fingertips and massaging into your lashes, and sweeping across your brows works marvellously. Though not necessary, follow with a clean mascara wand to evenly distribute the oil through your brows and lashes. There's no need to wash this treatment out — let it all sink in baby! 
 
Note: Avoid rubbing your eyes for several hours after applying to lashes — otherwise the peppermint will play tricks on you...
