ORDERING & SHIPPING
Your order is gratefully received and carefully shipped within 2 business days of order being placed. As our apothecary is situated in a beautiful, rural location, there may at times be a slight delay in the dispatch of your parcel due to weather conditions or road works.
We send our handmade treasures Australia-wide using Australia Post. Shipping is a flat rate of $9.95 and if you spend $90 or more, the shipping is on us — hooray! :)

We pack your order by re-using packaging from our suppliers — this includes boxes, packing paper, and bubble wrap. We can't control the materials that our suppliers send our bottles and tins in, but we can do our bit by re-using everything possible. We never purchase bubble wrap and stuffing materials — it's all recycled, and we encourage our beautiful customers to further re-use the packaging they receive from us if possible, too.
For smaller orders, or orders that we don't have the right sized box for, we use 100% plant-based compostable mailing bags and compostable shipping labels from Heaps Good Packaging.
To lodge a return request, please email email@example.com within 7 days of receiving your items. We'll cover the return shipping costs if we i) made an error with your order, or you ii) received a defective product. Please note for hygiene purposes we cannot accept returns on items that have been used.
